SSO Presents YXE Divas

In spring 2024 the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra (SSO) put eight sensational Saskatoon female vocalists centre stage for the performance YXE Divas!

From rap to opera, soul to folk, the concert features Eekwol, Falynn Baptiste, Elyse Evangelista, Kateryna Khartova, Eileen Laverty, Madison McLean, Ellen Nasser, Sonia Reid, and Maestra Janna Sailor.

The SSO first launched streaming of their concerts during the 2020 lockdown. Since then more than 600,000 people in 57 countries have experienced SSO streaming performances. Having garnered a reputation of innovation and remarkable programming, the SSO’s 93rd season was its biggest and best yet. This community screening is a previously recorded performance and is presented in partnership with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra. This screening is free and open to the public.
