Tarralik Duffy and Taqralik Partridge: In Conversation
As visual artists and writers, Tarralik Duffy and Taqralik Partridge are in constant conversation—about art, writing, Inuit culture, and the everyday moments that hold deep meaning. Their long-standing relationship as friends and collaborators—including as artist and curator across multiple exhibitions—has shaped their respective practices, creating opportunities for growth while advocating for the broader visibility of Inuit artists. Together, they reflect on the influence of the art they grew up surrounded by, and the value of trusted peers in creative work. This conversation offers insight into their ongoing exchange—one grounded in reciprocity, care, and a shared commitment to telling Inuit stories on their own terms.
